Allow about two to three weeks from order to delivery in India: every pair ships within 7–10 days of your order, then takes 3–5 working days to reach you. A custom design adds the time it takes to approve the sketch.
For a birthday, an anniversary or Diwali, tell us the date when you message us, so we can say whether it will arrive in time. For a wedding or an event, tell us how many pairs you need and when you need them.
Choosing the size for someone else
Send us their size and what they love. Each design page shows the sizes it comes in, with a size guide that gives UK, US and EU sizes. Between sizes? Ask us before you order, because a pair cannot be exchanged later.

A gift can also be a custom design: tell us the theme, and we sketch it with you before we paint. Custom pairs start at ₹12,999.
Before you buy
Orders cannot be returned or cancelled once they are confirmed, so check the size and the design with us first. If a pair arrives damaged or is the wrong one, send an unboxing video, photos and the order number within 48 hours of delivery.
How it works
Choose a design.
Each design is already worked out and painted on the shoe it is listed on. Pick your UK size and pay in full at checkout, in rupees.
We paint it by hand.
Your pair is painted to order, freehand, with Angelus leather paints, and sealed for daily wear.
It ships to you.
Every pair ships within 7–10 days, and you get a tracking number by email as soon as it goes.
Delivery, warranty and returns
- Painted to order. Every pair ships within 7–10 days of your order. A custom design ships within 7–10 days of you approving the sketch.
- Free standard delivery anywhere in India. Express delivery costs ₹300. Once a pair ships, India delivery takes 3–5 working days.
- Abroad, shipping is added at checkout and orders usually arrive within 2–4 weeks. Customs duties and import taxes are paid by the buyer on delivery.
- Paint warranty: 30 days from delivery. If the paint cracks or peels because of how we applied it, or the pair has a manufacturing defect, we repair or replace it free.
- Damaged, or the wrong pair? Message us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video, photos and your order number.
- Orders cannot be returned or cancelled once they are confirmed, because every pair is painted for you.
Questions we are asked most
How long does a gift pair take to arrive?
Allow about two to three weeks in India: 7–10 days to ship, then 3–5 working days. Abroad, orders usually arrive within 2–4 weeks.
What if I do not know their size?

Can you paint a design that is not on the site?
Yes. Send us the theme and a reference picture on WhatsApp, and we sketch the concept with you before we paint. Custom pairs start at ₹12,999.
Do they need special care?
Clean them by hand with a soft brush and a barely damp cloth. Never in a washing machine, and keep them out of heavy rain, which can get under the paint.
Is standard delivery free?
Yes, anywhere in India. Express delivery costs ₹300.
Are the designs official?
No. They are fan art, painted by hand, and not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands, teams, artists or studios that inspire them.
