Production timelines, shipping costs, tracking, and international delivery.

1. Production timeline

Every pair is hand-painted to order. Once we confirm your design and receive payment, production typically takes 14 business days. Complex designs (full character portraits, multi-shoe scenes) may take longer — we will tell you upfront.

Rush production (under 14 days) may be possible for an additional fee. Ask on WhatsApp before ordering if you need it fast.

2. Shipping within India

After production, shipping within India takes 3-5 business days via our courier partners. Total time from order confirmation to your doorstep: typically 17-19 business days.

We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India.

Shipping is free on all orders within India.

3. International shipping

We ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. The exact cost and timeline depend on your destination country, customs rules, and shipping method.

Before placing an international order, please WhatsApp us at +91 99303 73233 with your country and city. We will give you a shipping quote and confirm timeline. International deliveries typically take 7-14 business days after dispatch, plus any customs clearance time.

International customers are responsible for any import duties or customs charges levied by their country. We declare the actual product value on the customs form.

4. Tracking

Once your pair ships, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email. Use it to follow your delivery in real time.

5. Delivery attempts and failed delivery

If our courier partner cannot deliver (no one home, incorrect address), they typically attempt delivery 2-3 times before returning the package to us.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or repeated non-delivery, we will contact you. Re-shipping costs may apply.

6. Risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the package leaves our studio with the courier. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by the courier or external factors (weather, strikes, customs holds).

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and find a resolution — typically a refund or replacement.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We do not offer COD on any orders. All orders must be paid in full (or 50% advance + 50% before shipping for custom orders) before production begins.

8. Address changes

If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, contact us on WhatsApp ASAP. We can usually accommodate changes if the package has not yet shipped.
