Ordering
Ordering
The easiest way is to WhatsApp us at +91 90826 29573 with your design idea, or use our Custom Builder page to describe your vision. We will discuss the design, confirm the price, and get started once payment is received.
Most custom orders are completed within 10-15 business days from the date we confirm your design and receive payment. Rush orders (7 days) are available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Once painting has begun, we cannot cancel the order. However, if we have not started yet, you can request changes or a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Reach out on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
Yes! We handle bulk orders for events, teams, corporate gifting, and collaborations. Volume discounts are available depending on the quantity and complexity. Contact us via the contact page or WhatsApp to discuss your requirements.

Custom sneakers start at Rs. 10,999 and go up depending on the complexity of your design. Simple colorways and patterns sit on the lower end, while full hand-painted character artwork or detailed portraits are on the higher end. We always confirm the price before we start painting.
We accept UPI, bank transfers, and all major payment methods. For custom orders, we require a 50% advance to begin work, with the remaining 50% due before shipping.
Yes, the price you see includes the base shoe and the custom artwork. You do not need to source the shoe separately — we handle everything from blank shoe to finished art piece.

Sizes vary by base shoe. Air Force 1 and Air Jordan 1 are available in UK 6-12. Vans and Comet Low start from UK 5-6. Baby Boots come in UK 1-5 for the little ones. If you need a size outside the standard range, reach out on WhatsApp and we will do our best to source it.
Absolutely. We encourage you to share reference images, sketches, or mood boards. The more detail you provide, the closer we can match your vision. You can send references directly via WhatsApp or email.
Almost anything — anime characters, movie scenes, sports themes, F1 liveries, portraits, abstract art, logos, and more. Browse our collections to see examples of past work across different themes. If you can imagine it, we can likely paint it.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
Custom orders take 10-15 business days to complete after design approval. Shipping within India typically takes 3-5 business days via our courier partners. You will receive a tracking number once your pair ships.
Currently we ship across India. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. WhatsApp us with your location and we will work out the logistics and shipping cost for you.
Care & Maintenance

Your sneakers are sealed with a professional-grade finisher that protects the paint from water and light scuffing. We recommend using a soft brush for cleaning, avoid machine washing, and store them away from direct sunlight. We include care instructions with every order.
Since every custom pair is a one-of-one piece made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a defect in the painting or the shoe itself, we will absolutely make it right. Quality is non-negotiable.
We use premium Angelus leather paints and a professional-grade finisher specifically designed for sneakers. With proper care, the artwork will last for years. Avoid machine washing and excessive bending of painted areas for the longest lifespan.
