How long does a pair take?

Every pair is painted to order and usually ships within 2–4 weeks of your order. Now and then it takes longer; if it does, we’ll tell you by email. Need it by a date? Message us before you order.

Are the designs printed?

No. Every pair is painted by hand, freehand, with Angelus leather paints: no prints, stickers or transfers.

Is the shoe included in the price?

Yes. The price is for the finished pair: a new shoe with the art painted on it. Nike designs are painted on authentic pairs.

Can I have a design that isn’t on the site?

Yes, that’s a custom order. Send us your idea on WhatsApp and we sketch it with you before we paint. How custom orders work

Can you change something on a design?

Message us before you order and tell us what you have in mind. We’ll tell you what’s possible.

Sizes

Which size should I order?

Your usual UK size. Each design shows the sizes it comes in, and its size guide gives UK, US and EU sizes with the length of the foot in centimetres. Between sizes? Ask us before you order: a pair can’t be exchanged later.

Payment

How do I pay?

Online, on our secure checkout, which Shopify runs for us. The ways to pay for your order are shown there. Prices are in Indian rupees.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

No. Every pair is painted to order, so we start once it’s paid for.

Can I get a GST invoice?

Yes. Message us your GST details before you place your order, and we’ll make the invoice out to your business.

Shipping

Do you ship outside India?

Yes. Shipping abroad is added at checkout, and customs duties or import taxes are paid by the buyer. Orders abroad can take up to 3–6 weeks. Checkout is in rupees, so message us before you order and we’ll confirm the cost and the timing.

What does shipping cost?

Standard delivery is free anywhere in India, and express delivery costs ₹300. Abroad, shipping is added at checkout.

How do I follow my order?

You get a tracking number as soon as your pair ships.

Returns

Can I return or cancel an order?

Every pair is painted to order, for you, so we can’t accept returns, and an order can’t be cancelled once it’s confirmed. If you’re unsure about a size or a design, message us before you order. Returns & cancellations

What if my pair arrives damaged?

Message us with photos and your order number as soon as it arrives, and we’ll sort it out with you.

Care

Are they waterproof?

They’re sealed against splashes and light rain, but they aren’t rain boots: heavy rain and puddles can get under the paint. If they get wet, blot them and let them dry at room temperature.

Will the paint crack?

Not with normal wear: the paint flexes with the leather. Loosen the laces to put them on, and don’t fold or crush the painted parts. Care guide

How do I clean them?

By hand: a soft brush for dust, then a barely damp cloth on the painted parts. Never in a washing machine, and nothing with solvents on the paint.

No. They’re fan art, painted by hand: not official merchandise, and not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands, teams, artists or studios that inspire them.
