Every pair is painted to order, for you. That’s why we can’t accept returns, and why an order can’t be cancelled once it’s confirmed.
Unsure about a size or a design? Look at the size guide on the design’s page, or message us before you order.
If your pair arrives damaged, message us with photos and your order number as soon as it arrives.
Refund policy
The store’s own policy, word for word: the one that applies when you check out.
Thank you for choosing our custom painted shoes. We understand and appreciate the trust you place in us when you make a purchase. Given the unique and personalized nature of our products, we have outlined our return and cancellation policies below:
No Return Policy
Each pair of shoes is custom designed and hand-painted according to your preferences. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We encourage our customers to review their design choices carefully before confirming their order. If you have any questions or concerns about your design, please reach out to our team before placing your order.
No Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, our artists begin the process of creating your unique pair of shoes. Due to the time, effort, and resources invested in each custom design, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been confirmed. We urge our customers to be certain of their purchase before finalizing their order.
We value your business and strive to offer the best customer experience. If you have any questions or concerns about our policies, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you.
