Refund & Returns Policy

Custom pairs are non-returnable, but defects are covered. Here's what to do if something is wrong.

1. Custom-made products are non-returnable

Every pair we sell is hand-painted to order, specifically for you. Once we begin painting, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged for change of mind, fit issues, or design preferences.

We strongly recommend reviewing your design brief and confirming your size before we start production. Our team will share design previews and confirm sizing before painting begins.

2. Manufacturing defects

If your pair arrives with a manufacturing defect — paint cracking on day one, sole separation, stitching coming apart, the wrong size shipped — you are covered.

Notify us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp with clear photos of:

  • The defect, taken in good lighting.
  • The shipping label on the original packaging.
  • Your order details (name + order date).

We will respond within 24 hours and either repair, replace, or refund the order at our cost. The choice depends on the defect — small fixes are repaired, major issues are replaced.

3. What is NOT covered

These are not considered defects and are not covered by this policy:

  • Normal wear and tear from use.
  • Scuffs, scratches, or paint damage from use, walking, dancing, etc.
  • Damage from machine washing — never machine wash painted shoes.
  • Water damage from heavy rain or submersion.
  • Modifications you make (re-painting, custom lacing, sole work, etc.).
  • Issues reported more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Packaging cosmetic damage where the product is undamaged.

4. Refund process

Where a refund is the agreed resolution, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

For UPI/bank transfers, the refund hits your account in 3-5 business days. Card refunds take 7-10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Sizing issues

We confirm your size before painting begins. If you provided the wrong size, the cost of remaking is on you. If we shipped the wrong size by mistake, see Section 2.

Sneaker sizes vary by base shoe and brand. Refer to our size guides on each product page or ask us on WhatsApp before ordering.

6. Cancellations before production starts

If you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order AND we have not started painting, you can request a full refund. After 24 hours OR after painting begins (whichever is first), the order is non-cancellable.

7. International orders

International orders follow the same defect policy. Return shipping for international defect claims is at our cost when the defect is confirmed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
