Terms of Service

By placing an order or using Sneak Peek Shoes (handpaintedsneaker.com / sneakpeek.shoes), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

All our products are hand-painted to order. Once we begin painting your pair, the order is non-cancellable and non-returnable. Please review your design and size carefully before confirming.

Made-to-order timeline is typically 14 business days from design approval, plus 3-5 days shipping within India. Rush production may be available for an additional fee on request.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

We accept UPI, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other methods enabled at checkout. For custom orders that go through WhatsApp, a 50% advance is required to begin work; the balance is due before shipping.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

An order is confirmed only after we acknowledge it via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if pricing or stock errors occur, or if a design infringes intellectual property rights we cannot use.

We ship across India. Standard delivery is 3-5 business days after dispatch. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis — please contact us on WhatsApp for cost and timeline before ordering.

Shipping risk passes to you when the package leaves our studio. Please use a delivery address where you can receive parcels.

Every pair is inspected before shipping. If you receive a pair with a manufacturing defect (paint cracking on day one, sole separation, etc.), notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will repair or replace at our cost.

Normal wear, scuffs from use, water damage from heavy rain, machine washing, or modifications you make are not covered.

GST invoices are available on request for orders. Please WhatsApp us with your GST number BEFORE placing the order. We cannot retroactively issue GST invoices once an order has been processed without it.

Designs we create remain our intellectual property. You may not commercially reproduce or resell our designs.

When you submit a custom design brief or reference image, you confirm you have the right to use those references and grant us permission to execute the design on your pair.

Branded designs (sports teams, characters, films, etc.) are sold as artistic interpretations on individual sneakers. We do not claim ownership of the underlying brands or characters.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your order will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected in the 'Last updated' date above.
