- Painted to order. Every pair usually ships within 2–4 weeks of your order. Now and then it takes longer; if it does, we’ll tell you by email.
- Tracking. You get a tracking number as soon as your pair ships.
- Cost. Standard delivery is free anywhere in India; express delivery costs ₹300. Abroad, shipping is added at checkout.
- Outside India. We ship abroad. Checkout is in rupees, so message us before you order and we’ll confirm the cost and the timing. Orders abroad can take up to 3–6 weeks; customs duties and import taxes are paid by the buyer.
- Returns. Every pair is made for you, so orders can’t be returned or cancelled once confirmed. Returns & cancellations

All orders are made to order and will typically ship within 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase but sometimes due to unforeseen conditions it may take more time which will be communicated to the customer through mail id provided . Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination. Domestic orders within the India typically take 2-4 weeks to shipped, while international orders may take up to 3-6 weeks.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order and will be displayed at checkout. Please note that any additional fees, such as customs or import taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
