- Most pairs are painted in 2–4 weeks. Once the sealant has cured, Delhi NCR delivery lands in 4–6 days through our courier partner with full tracking from Mumbai to your door.
- Do you offer cash on delivery in Delhi?
- Yes. Cash on delivery is available for most Delhi NCR pin codes — including Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. UPI, cards, and net banking are also accepted. Commissions above ₹15,000 require a 50% advance.
- What is your return policy for Delhi customers?
- Every pair is hand-painted to your spec, so we do not accept returns or exchanges on completed commissions. The design sketch goes to you for sign-off before any paint touches the shoe — that is the moment to make changes.
- How is the pair packaged for the trip from Mumbai to Delhi?
- Pairs ship in the original sneaker box, wrapped in tissue and protected inside an outer carton. Each box also includes a care card and a certificate of authenticity for your edition.
