- How far in advance should I order?
- 4–6 weeks before the anniversary. Paint takes 2–4 weeks in the Mumbai studio, then 3–5 days domestic shipping. Message us on WhatsApp with the date and we'll confirm a paint slot.
- What if the size is off?
- Standard EU/UK/US sizing on Air Force 1 and Jordan 1 silhouettes. If the pair doesn't fit, we offer a one-time exchange — message us within 7 days of delivery and we'll swap the size.
- How do I get their size without asking?
- Easiest route: check the inner-tongue tag of a sneaker they already wear and send us the size. Or send the brand and model and we'll match it.
- Can the design tell our specific story — songs, films, dates?
- Yes — that's the most-loved anniversary commission. Send your references (lyric, album, film still, date) on WhatsApp and we'll sketch a layout before paint. Custom commissions start at ₹13,999.
- What does the gift unboxing look like?
- Studio gift box, signed certificate of authenticity with edition number, care card, and an optional handwritten note printed on the inner sleeve. Photographs ship with the pair.
