- How early do I need to order to make their birthday?
- 4–6 weeks before the date. Paint takes 2–4 weeks in the Mumbai studio, plus 3–5 days domestic shipping. Tight timeline? Message WhatsApp — we sometimes hold a rush slot.
- What if the size doesn't fit?
- We follow standard EU/UK/US sizing on Air Force 1 and Jordan 1 silhouettes. If it doesn't fit, message us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a one-time exchange.
- How do I get their size without ruining the surprise?
- Pick up a sneaker they wear regularly and check the inner-tongue label — message us that size. Or send the brand and model and we'll match it.
- Does it ship in a gift box?
- Yes. Studio gift box, signed certificate of authenticity with edition number, and care card. Add a personal note at checkout and we'll print it on the inner sleeve.
- Can I commission a fully custom design — their favourite character?
- Yes. Send the reference on WhatsApp — a screenshot, a panel, a kit — and we'll sketch a layout for sign-off before paint. Commissions take 3–4 weeks and start at ₹13,999.
