- How early do I need to order to get them by Diwali?
- Reserve 4–6 weeks before the date. Paint takes 2–4 weeks in the Mumbai studio, plus 3–5 days domestic shipping. Message us on WhatsApp with the date and we'll confirm a slot in writing.
- What if the size doesn't fit them?
- We hold to standard EU/UK/US sizing on Air Force 1 and Jordan 1 silhouettes. If the pair doesn't fit, we offer a one-time exchange — message the studio within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange pickup and a replacement size.
- How do I get their size without ruining the surprise?
- Easiest tell: a sneaker they wear regularly — check the inner tag and message us the size. If you can't, send the brand and model and we'll match it. No need to ask them.
- Do you ship in a gift box?
- Every pair ships in our studio gift box with a hand-signed certificate of authenticity, edition number, and care card. Add a personal note at checkout and we'll print it on the inner sleeve.
- Can I gift a custom design — their favourite character or team?
- Yes. Commission a custom pair on WhatsApp — send the reference (a screenshot, a panel, a kit colourway) and we'll sketch a layout for you to approve before paint. Custom commissions take 3–4 weeks and start at ₹13,999.
