- How early do I need to order for February 14?
- Reserve by the first week of January. Paint takes 2–4 weeks in the Mumbai studio, plus 3–5 days domestic shipping. Tight on time? Message WhatsApp — we sometimes hold a rush slot.
- What if they don't like the size?
- We follow standard EU/UK/US sizing on Air Force 1 and Jordan 1 silhouettes. If the pair doesn't fit, we offer a one-time exchange — message us within 7 days of delivery and we'll swap the size.
- How do I find their size without giving away the surprise?
- Pick up a sneaker they already wear and check the inner-tongue label — message us that size. Or send us the brand and model and we'll match it for you.
- Does it ship in a gift box I can hand over?
- Yes. Every pair ships in our studio gift box with a signed certificate of authenticity and edition number. Add a personal note at checkout and we'll print it on the inner sleeve.
- Can I commission a fully custom pair around our story?
- Yes — and these are our most-loved Valentine's gifts. Send the references (a film, a song, a place, a colour) on WhatsApp and we'll sketch a layout before paint. Commissions take 3–4 weeks and start at ₹13,999.
