- How early should I order for a wedding date?
- 6+ weeks before the function. Paint takes 2–4 weeks in the Mumbai studio, plus 3–5 days domestic shipping, and we recommend a buffer for the wedding week. Message WhatsApp with the date to confirm a slot.
- What if the size is wrong?
- Standard EU/UK/US sizing on Air Force 1 and Jordan 1 silhouettes. If the pair doesn't fit, message us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a one-time exchange.
- How do I find the couple's sizes without spoiling it?
- Ask a sibling or close friend to check the inner-tongue tag on a sneaker they wear, then send us the sizes. Or send brand and model and we'll match.
- Do you ship in gift packaging suitable for a wedding gift table?
- Yes. Studio gift box with signed certificate of authenticity, edition number, and an optional handwritten note printed on the inner sleeve. Pairs photograph well on the gift table.
- Can I commission a custom pair with their initials and wedding date?
- Yes — initials, wedding date, palette, monogram, the song from the first dance. Send the references on WhatsApp and we'll sketch a layout before paint. Custom commissions take 3–4 weeks and start at ₹13,999.
