- How long does delivery take in Mumbai?
- Most pairs are painted in 2–4 weeks. Once the sealant has cured, Mumbai doorstep delivery lands in 2–3 days through our courier partner. Add 1 day for a Saturday hand-over.
- Do you offer cash on delivery in Mumbai?
- Yes. Cash on delivery is available for all Mumbai pin codes, alongside UPI, cards, and net banking. For commissions above ₹15,000 we ask for a 50% advance to lock in the slot.
- What is your return policy for Mumbai customers?
- Because every pair is hand-painted to your spec, we do not accept returns or exchanges on completed commissions. We share the design sketch for approval before paint touches the shoe so you can edit anything you want at that stage.
- Can I visit the studio to see samples before I order?
- Yes — the studio is open by appointment only. Message us on WhatsApp with a day and time and we will confirm a slot. Sample pairs, Angelus swatches, and current works in progress are on hand to look at.
- Do you do in-person sizing or doorstep handover in Mumbai?
- We can arrange a doorstep hand-over within Mumbai for the final pair. For sizing, the standard Nike or Air Jordan size you already wear is the safest pick — message us on WhatsApp if you want to talk it through before ordering.
